Canadian Salaried Benefit Enrollment

Below is your Canrig Benefit Enrollment information. Please review the attached materials to determine which benefits are right for you. The benefit plan comprises 3 parts, the compulsory benefits, the voluntary benefits and the Retirement Savings Plan.
Compulsory Benefits include an extended medical plan inclusive of Rx, dental plan, income protection plans in the form of short term disability, long term disability, basic life insurance, dependent life insurance (if applicable) and basic accidental death and dismemberment insurance. Attached is the enrollment form (Manulife Enrollment Form) that will need to be completed and returned to Nabors Benefits Department so we can complete your enrollment and add dependents if applicable.
Voluntary Benefits include additional life insurance and critical illness insurance available through Manulife where you enroll and pay Manulife directly for the premiums.
You have 30 days from your date of hire to make your benefit elections for your compulsory and voluntary benefits and your benefits will be effective on your date of hire. The Canadian benefit plan is mandatory so please return your benefit form so that your family members can be added appropriately. If you are covered under a spousal plan you can provide proof of coverage and your enrollment can be waived. Please keep in mind if your benefit elections are not completed before the first payroll run, your next paycheck will include any missed deductions, since coverage is effective on your date of hire.
