Michael C. Linn

President and Chief Executive Officer, MCL Ventures, LLC

Mike Linn was elected to the Nabors Board of Directors in 2012 and currently serves as Chairman of the Environmental, Social and Governance Committee and as a member of the Risk Oversight Committee of the Board.

Linn is the President & CEO of MCL Ventures, LLC, an oil, gas and real estate investment company. Linn is the former Chairman, CEO, President and Director of LINN Energy, LLC, which he founded in 2003. He served as LINN’s Executive Chairman from January 2010 to December 2011, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from June 2006 to January 2010, and President and Chief Executive Officer from March 2003 to June 2006. He serves as a member of the National Petroleum Council and acts as a senior adviser to the Board of Directors of Quantum Energy Partners LLC. Linn previously served on the Board of Directors of C&J Energy Services Ltd. from March 2015 to June 2015 and as Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the SHESEC Committee for Centrica plc, chairman and director of the Natural Gas Council, chairman of the Education Committee of the Independent Petroleum Association of America and director of the Natural Gas Supply Association. Linn holds a B.A. in Political Science from Villanova University and a J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law.
