We all have a responsibility to do what we can to mitigate the spread of COVID-19. We will not lose sight of what has always been our core value – the safety and well-being of our employees and their loved ones, contractors, communities and our customers.

A dedicated Crisis Management Team meets every day to determine the best path forward in a very uncertain time. The strongest asset we have right now is the incredible heart and dogged determination of our teams. They empower us to continue delivering value and building on the trust of our customers around the world.

This unprecedented challenge has fundamentally impacted the way we interact, communicate and even educate.

Taking Action to Protect Our People and Reduce Risk

As diagnoses of COVID-19 rise across the globe, we have taken the following measures to ensure a safe environment for our employees, customers and supplies to contribute to the containment of the virus. 

  • Where possible, remote work options are now in place to enable business continuity, while empowering our staff to take care of themselves and their families.
  • Self-isolating and screening procedures have been activated for our field crews to balance their health and responsibilities.
  • Virtual trainings and webinars offer continued education, knowledge sharing, and even physical workouts and health seminars for employees around the world.
  • A focused internal website provides a daily dashboard along with resources, links and guidance.
